There are many ways to get involved with Cancer Connection.
Cancer Connection would not be able to provide any of our valuable services to the community without the help of an amazing team of volunteers.
Volunteers serve on our Board of Directors, hold fundraisers, take part in events, sell their crafts, staff outreach tables at other events, sort donations at our Thrift Shop, deliver information about Cancer Connection’s programs to doctors’ offices and serve as ambassadors. And we’d love to have you join us!

Special Event Assistance
Special events can raise awareness of our center and financial resources to support the programs. Each benefit for Cancer Connection relies on the varied skills and dedication of volunteers. The WMass Mother’s Day Half Marathon, in May, needs volunteers to hand out water to walkers and runners, cheer along the route, take photos and much more. Apply here.
Administrative Support
Can you search the web for updated contact information for medical providers? Organize resources, sort and tag books, organize hat and wig donations? Let’s discuss the possibilities! Administrative help goes a long way to making it possible for us to provide services to more people. Apply here.

Cancer Connection seeks enthusiastic individuals who care about our organization, its participants, services, and community. Thrift Shop Volunteer Opportunities
We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities, from sorting to merchandising to organizing to assisting at checkout. Are you interested in volunteering at the shop? Do you have other skills that could help? Photography? Mending? Graphics? (to name a few). Apply here.
