YOU can be a fundraiser for Cancer Connection!
Our community: Creative ~ Connected ~ Generous ~ Impactful
Whether it is in honor/memory of a loved, for a cancer awareness day/month, to celebrate an occasion or to get your work or school involved in meaningful service, YOU can create a fundraiser that makes a true difference for people navigating cancer.
School children, college students, workplaces, community groups, people who have participated in Cancer Connection programs, families creating a legacy for their loved one, inspired individuals – there are so many people who want to help and infinite ways to do it. Your support means everything: more programming and more lives impacted, all completely free to participants.
Amazing community members have helped Cancer Connection by:
Hosting a bake sale
Donating proceeds from a walkathon/5K/bike ride/golf tournament or other fun event
Organizing an online fundraiser
Asking for donations in lieu of gifts for a holiday, birthday, wedding or other milestone event
Hosting a book sale
Hosting a house party
Donating proceeds from a music, comedy or theatrical show
Donating items to the Cancer Connection Thrift Shop (and of course, shopping there!)
How about a dog walk, a car wash, a coin collection (great way to get young kids or schools involved!), a raffle, an auction, a beer or wine tasting? What inspires you?
