Cancer Connection is able to offer all its programs and services free of charge because of the generosity of our community. We receive no funding from state or federal governments, the United Way or the American Cancer Society. Instead, we are supported through individual donations, grants from foundations and businesses, and community benefits like the ones listed here.

After a decade of cold-weather camping on the courthouse lawn, Monte moved the Campout INSIDE in February 2017. We experienced the sweet life INSIDE the luxurious Hotel Northampton. The Cancer Connection Camp-IN! A Glampout. A glamorous Jerry Lewis-style telethon with tuxedos, ball gowns, “celebrity” guests, music, comedy, indoor plumbing and a dance party
The ballroom at the Historic Hotel Northampton was transformed with incredible free entertainment. Then we all came back in the evening for a dance party with a live band and Motown DJ - Many attendees were dressed up in their fancy threads!
Thank you to everyone who made the first ever, Camp-IN a success!

The race has a long history of donating race proceeds to local non-profits, and the race currently partners with several charities to use the race as a fundraising platform. Cancer Connection is honored to be a charity partner for this long-standing summer tradition in Shelburne Falls.
Race registration is expected to be open in mid-March. Runners and walkers will have opportunities to support a charity of their choice. If you would like to actively fundraise through a customized pledge page for this year's race, we'd love to help you!
We'll post the link to register for the race as soon as it's available. Until then, you can also find information about the race on the Bridge of Flowers Facebook page here:
